Filming Multiple Events in a Single Day

At Celebrate Media Group, flexibility is part of our foundation. When a single day calls for cameras in more than one place, we don’t see a problem — we see an opportunity. Filming multiple events isn’t new to us. It’s something we prepare for, plan carefully, and execute with confidence.

Recently, we handled two very different productions on the same day. Our team divided, and each project received the full attention it deserved.

Filming a WWII Roundtable and a County Fair Livestock Show

One part of our team covered a World War II roundtable, where historians shared meaningful stories. Our crew captured the event with clarity and care, creating a lasting visual record of a powerful conversation.

At the same time, I filmed the Junior Market Steer Show at the Hunt County Fair. I managed a three-camera setup on my own, tracking the action in the show ring while handling camera angles, audio, and timing. This fast-paced environment demanded focus, but the results met the same professional standard we aim for on every shoot.

Why Filming Multiple Events Works for Our Clients

Filming multiple events takes more than gear and experience — it requires a team that knows how to plan, adapt and communicate. At Celebrate Media Group, we’ve built a process that allows us to scale for complex schedules without sacrificing quality.

Whether you’re coordinating school district activities, local fairs, or overlapping corporate events, we can cover your story from every angle.

If you’re planning an upcoming event — or more than one — visit our website to learn how we can support your video production needs.
